UI Development Internship - Work from anywhere
The UI Development Internship with the Pulp Product and Engineering team is an opportunity to grow your expertise in creating digital products and services.
We are seeking individuals with an interest in improving our current digital services, prototyping new applications, using a human-centered, iterative, data-driven approach.
Interns will gain an understanding of working within a Digital Agency and learn more about the initiatives of With Pulp. Projects will focus on the delivery, on-going success, and continuous improvement of With Pulp’s internal and external business operations.
Internships are paid positions with a minimum of three days/week commitment starting September 2019 through December 2019.
Based on your skills and interests, responsibilities will include some but not all of the below:
- Collaborate with teammates to design, develop, prototype and test major features, new applications, services, and enhancements for our digital products.
- Lead discussions and communications on our work and/or modern product design that can be integrated into our process.
- Participate in planning meetings and daily stand ups.
- Contribute to our growing collection of open source repositories on Github
Skills we’re seeking:
Experience with static website development: Gatsby, Jekyll
Experience with Git, Github or other versioning systems is a plus.
Experience with UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Framer.
Design skills including user interface design, iconography, and rapid prototyping.
